These terms apply to your use of the Celebrity Face website and to any application, booking or purchase made through it. By using the website or making a purchase you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Payment & Cancellation Policy.

1. No guarantee of work or selection

Submitting an application or purchasing any service does not automatically guarantee auditions, selection, representation, employment, modelling assignments or paid opportunities. Selection decisions are made by Celebrity Face and its clients at their discretion.

2. Website usage

You agree to use this website lawfully, provide accurate information, and not misuse, copy or interfere with the site. Content may change without notice.

3. Candidate applications

Talent applications are free and separate from paid services. You must provide truthful details and your own recent photographs. Applicants under 18 may apply only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Modelling, acting and casting services

Casting and talent-management services depend on client requirements. Any representation or assignment is governed by a separate written agreement.

5. Photoshoot, portfolio and other paid services

Each paid service lists its description, deliverables, price and applicable taxes before checkout. Only the deliverables stated at purchase, or agreed in writing, are included. Workshops, training and other paid services are offered only where listed.

6. Event tickets and participation

Tickets are valid only for the named event, ticket type and quantity. Entry may require the ticket code and valid photo ID. Celebrity Face may refuse entry for unsafe or inappropriate conduct. Event programmes, timings and venues may change; any change will be communicated to ticket holders.

7. Payments and order confirmation

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A booking or ticket is confirmed only after the payment has been verified by our systems and an order reference has been issued. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and taxes are shown separately.

8. Booking, cancellation and rescheduling

Where a shoot date requires confirmation, your booking is a request until the date is confirmed in writing. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

9. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for arriving on time, bringing agreed outfits or materials, following on-set instructions and safety guidance, and ensuring any minor is accompanied by a parent or guardian.

10. Photography permissions and intellectual property

Copyright in photographs and video created by Celebrity Face remains with Celebrity Face or the photographer unless agreed otherwise in writing. You receive a licence to use your delivered images for personal and portfolio purposes. We will only use your images publicly for promotion with your consent. Website content, branding and logos may not be reused without permission.

11. Third-party payment providers

Payments are subject to Razorpay’s terms. Celebrity Face is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment networks or third-party providers.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please raise any complaint with us first on WhatsApp so we can try to resolve it. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the appropriate consumer forum or courts.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to appropriate legal review. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
