1. Information we collect

• Contact information: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address and city.
• Application information: age or date of birth, height, experience, talent category, photographs, and portfolio or social-media links you choose to share.
• For applicants under 18: parent or legal guardian details and consent.
• Booking and order information: the service or ticket purchased, preferred dates, notes you provide, order reference and payment status.
• Client and brand enquiries: company name, project brief, dates and budget range.

2. Purpose of collection

We use your information to review applications, respond to enquiries, deliver booked services and events, issue order references and tickets, provide customer support, meet legal and tax obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Consent and data protection

By submitting an application, enquiry or order you consent to us processing your information for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as applicable. Consent to appear in a public portfolio is optional and separate, and details of minors are never published.

4. Secure storage and authorised access

Applications, customer details and order records are stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and are never displayed publicly. Only authorised Celebrity Face staff can access them, and only where needed for their role.

5. Payments and Razorpay

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs and banking passwords are entered directly with Razorpay and are never received or stored by Celebrity Face. We receive only the payment status, payment and order identifiers, amount and method needed to confirm your booking. 6. WhatsApp

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta), which has its own privacy terms. We use WhatsApp messages only to respond to you and manage your application or booking.

7. Other service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website and our services, including website hosting and database services (Netlify), payment processing (Razorpay), messaging (WhatsApp) and website analytics (Google Analytics). They process information only to provide their services to us.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device and approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies may be used for secure staff sign-in.

9. Data retention

We keep applications for as long as they are relevant to talent opportunities, or until you ask us to delete them. Order and payment records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.

10. Your rights: access, correction and deletion

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us on WhatsApp. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records we are legally required to keep.

11. Privacy enquiries and grievances

Send any privacy question or complaint to our team on the WhatsApp number below. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days where possible.
