1. All our services registration fees are non-refundable & non Adjustable in any other services.

 

2. All our services comes with validity of 1 year and for celebrity face stars finale comes with validity of 6 months.

 

3. If there will be pandemic and lockdown, we will extend all services validity for 3 months for FREE of cost.

 

4. If customer/candidates is not happy with any services he/she got it, we will provide same service again for FREE of cost but it will be totally depend upon the approval by management of celebrity face.

6. Customer can avail the service within the validity period or else it will be expired without any notice/ message from Celebrity Face.

 

7. Validity of the service will start from the day candidate/ customer register for the services.

Customer/ Participants consent to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its respective affiliates, agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from their breach/non performance of these terms and conditions

 

9. The laws of India govern the Program. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of New Delhi only.

 

10. The Program will continue to be governed by the terms and condition of the website.
